     Lots of activity in the bottle bush trees this morning. Two medium size birds are zipping around in and out of the loose hanging branches. Other birds are pecking at the glass skylight. Must be eatable bugs around this sunny morning. Sounds of squirrels on the roof.

     Before settling down in my bedroom I do my evening exercise, walking back and forth on my deck. Helps me sleep easier. I take a shower and wash all my dirty clothes.

     I am ready to meet with the urologist this morning.  My fighting spirit has settled down and now I am ready to listen to his thoughts and information. I have my questions and am curious how this will evolve into a treatment plan. I definitely will bring tissues in case I need to cry. I don’t think the urologist will cry.

     No list of things to do today.  I am taking a day off from the work list.
