     I am losing track of how many days this heat wave has been going on.  And why the weather reports on my iPhone are so wrong. It is so much hotter. And why do I trust the weather people to know. Using my iPhone is addicting.  I can just go out on my deck and check the weather for myself.

     I am pushing myself to get outside and move around.  So easy to settle in on my recliner with my books and TV.

     Monday is garbage day.  I take out the bags to the bin, retrieve my mail from the mail box, water the front yard, and drag the bins to the road for pick up. I feel so successful.

     I end the day watching another episode of NORTHERN EXPOSURE with my friend the personal librarian. Such a great show.
