     On facebook I stand with the cat ladies.  I do not stand with the sexual abusers and scammers. So strange that this is what the campaign for president has become. Yes I do enjoy facebook.

     I am fearful about walking on our narrow short street. No sidewalks and fast moving construction trucks and cars. There is not room on our street for this slow unsteady older walker.

     This week has been filled with delightful conversations with visiting friends. I am so lucky.

     I am almost finished with the latest Shanghai detective book, number 6.  Six more to go. Our library only has 4 of them.  Now I am buying used paperbacks on amazon. Shanghai is now embedded into my mind. At least the Shanghai of the 1990’s.
