     This second week after chemo has surprised me.  Tired, upset digestive system, body aches, brain fog. I secretly thought I could escape from these side effects. Magical thinking. This morning, I feel OK again.

     I start watching TRUE DETECTIVE season 4. It is really good for a foggy cold afternoon. I finish watching the many episodes of THE RESIDENT.  I have finally had enough of medical dramas.  This series is special because they show real surgeries and now I have a sense of the work of surgeons on the human body.

     Second day of persistent fog.  Already I miss a couple hours of the sun’s warmth.

     I am still drinking my morning coffee and don’t know what my plans are for the day. I am open to surprise.
