     An unexpected warm afternoon yesterday. And a bright moon last night. Yellow buttercup flowers carpet the back yard. And a few Calla lilies. Small piles of fresh soil are scattered through the grasses.

     Mostly I am tired all day. Not unexpected with this chemo treatment. I am not sure if I am more effected by the thought of this poison in my body or with actual body effects.

     Each time I fall asleep I have vivid intense dreams. I wake up tired.

     I watch some of the election returns on MSNBC in the evening. I am impressed with Nikki Haley’s presence and perseverance. Even though I don’t agree with a lot of her policies I am pleased to listen to a bright articulate woman. I want more women to be involved in the conversations for the future of our country. I want to listen and appreciate people I don’t agree with.
