Driving from Marina home on highway 1 in the late afternoon I see crowded highway, slow cars coming out of the peninsula.  Workers returning to their home, commuting. Monterey has 26,000 residents and 25,000 jobs. No housing for most workers.

Sun is up, heater is blowing, drying out the damp house.

Some days I have little to say.
