     A perfect warm sunny day. Unexpected and maybe unique. My sore knee has kept me in the house near a window. I don’t want to miss anything. In the afternoon I remember that icing the knee has helped in the past. I try it again.

    The Meals on Wheels volunteer comes with food.  My insta cart order arrives in the afternoon. I am set for food.  My daughter is in and out with her busy activities. The personal librarian comes with another book and her new puppy, to bring me news of the community.

     And the thoughtful. cleaners come and change bed sheets, vacuum, take out trash, wash down bathroom and kitchen.  Life is good.

     We search for stand up comedians for our evening entertainment. Last night we watch MARK MORAN, PANICKED, a new HBO show. I love hearing my daughter’s laugh.
