In the 1960’s, not so long ago in my mind, congress passed the Medicare bill, a huge step forward to making life easier for old folks like me. In the last three years Medicare has paid a gazillion dollars for my life saving medical treatments. I trust that our present congress will remember to take their job seriously.
The north side of the tall bottle bush tree is now blossoming. The south side was full of blossoms last month. The birds are happy as they move from one side to the other.
I start reading THE GOLDEN GATE, a mystery story by Amy Chua. It is going to be good enough. I am finding reading challenging during these weeks of chemo treatments. But I persist.
An old friend tells me his doctor told him to eat more salt, stop drinking so much water and lay off on exercising. Wow who is this revolutionary doctor. I love hanging out with my friends.
