I thought I would watch TV when riding the exercise bike.  But no, I like to listen to the radio and look out my front window and watch my neighbor’s  gardening crew.  

On hot days I just hunker down and try not to disturb the heat.  Thursday morning, I lay on the couch listening to Yo Yo Ma on Spotify.

This Friday morning the sun is a blazing hot red ball in the sky. Another hot smoky day.

Went to Trader Joes Thursday morning and couldn’t stop myself from joking with anyone near me. The need for conversation was strong. I couldn’t stop myself from being a nuisance.
