The level of anxiety among my friends is high.  So many unseen things to fear. I sit meditation most days to dampen down my anxieties.

I read in the New York Times that a movie has been made based on one of my favorite books, NOMADLAND.

Met with old friend at a coffee house in Carmel.  Sat on the windy patio, drinking ice tea and talking while our masks were off.  Put my mask back on to walk to my car.

All week the sun has been out, balmy weather. I am sad that Notorious RBG has died.
