I put an extra blanket on my bed last night.

This morning I am going to Trader Joes during the senior shopping time.  Friends use a delivery service and I am tempted. I am slow in carrying the bags of heavy groceries into the kitchen.

I am quite moved by the memoir, KNOW MY NAME.  Images of her life have stuck in my mind.

Watered the dry potted plants on the deck yesterday afternoon.  I remind the plants that I will not forget them.
