Sleep calms my mind.  This morning I continue living with this crazy life. I stay at home, talk on the phone, participate on zoom meetings, talk in person from a distance.  Life in this endless pandemic.

I start reading ROSEANNA, A 1960’s Swedish mystery story by Maj Sjowall and Per Wahloo.  I am inspired by Wendy Lesser’s book, SCANDINAVIAN NOIR. I am intrigued by the pace of this book and will read the others in the series.

My friend Deborah is going to start working in my garden again before it disappears.

In the late afternoon when the sun and wind come out, I sit on the front steps and eat popcorn and wait for neighbors to walk or drive by.
