I plan to go to the
neighborhood party a bit late. I sit in
my chair waiting for the minute hand to move.
I am usually early. I am learning to be more flexible. A friend is
showing up and we are going together.
Warm Labor Day holiday but still the fog is hovering in the
trees up the hill.
From an old stack of books, I pulled Ursula K. Le Guin’s
book THE WAVE IN THE MIND, talks and essays on the Writer, the Reader and the
Imagination. I am delighted with it.
Put out the garbage bins yesterday evening hoping the trucks
will come this morning. Sometimes after
a holiday the schedule is uncertain. Now
I am creating a to do list for this week.
Looks similar to other to do lists.
