Thick fog blurs the view from my window. I start a load of laundry before the day
heats up. I want to use the drier before
the hot sun returns.
My potted geraniums on my deck look tired. I wonder what a vacation would look like for
them.
I picked up a cheap paperback book, VANISHING ACT, a 1995 mystery
by Thomas Perry. I like the absence of cell phones and internet. The evening was
hot and I couldn’t focus on anything serious.
Sea gulls calling through the fog. I am going to a friends home for coffee and
writing this morning.
