Today the paperback book THE DISTANT MIRROR should arrive.
While I am waiting, I am reading a novel, SWEET TOOTH by Ian McEwan,
A slight breeze this morning rustling up the long bottle
bush limbs. The apricot tree in the back
has been nibbled on by phantom deer.
Must be a break in the back fence.
The 10 foot high piracanthus bush is covered
with white blossoms. It is a bird magnate in the fall.
I have been seeing notices of small fires in the southern
part of the county.
Watching the news last night about the forced medical
treatment of women in Missouri was very disturbing.
