Who can I believe?  The weather people have been wildly wrong.  This morning it is 68 degrees outside.  The cloud cover is gone.  Will it get hot again today?  What can I do to prepare? My house is messy with fans, trash, stuff as I try to find a way to manage the heat.  When is the fog coming back?

Outside I slowly return the garbage cans to my patio.  I pick up yesterday’s mail. I look around to see any neighbors.  Back into the house.

I am meeting a friend for coffee at Paris Bakery and then back home to prepare for the heat.  Today I am going to try podcasts as I lie on the couch in the darkened room with the fan blowing.
