The trees are trimmed back to end the squirrels’ pathways across my roof. Now one has found it’s way to the roof and is looking for way off. I sit under my skylight to see which way he goes.

I left my house in the Saturday fog.  Stopped at Cooper Molera for coffee and a croissant.  First time I visited.  gardens, protected outdoor patio tables and an orchard.  Sun came out.  I am happy again. Little traffic in town today.

Watched KNOCK DOWN THE HOUSE a Netflix documentary film about 4 women running for office in the 2018 election. I am hopeful for our future.

In the distance one skinny 100 year old palm tree rises higher than the pines and cypress trees in town.
