If I want a hot shower, a really hot shower I have to do a load of wash in hot water first to get the water heater to fire up.

I told a friend about the great new first aid bandages I found on Amazon.  Stretchy ones in primary colors and a light blue tape for sensitive skin.  She told me about her first aid supplies. The skin tear on my hand is healing well.

I was lazy yesterday.  I didn’t do any of the tasks on the to do list. I took two naps and then slept deeply last night.  Wind came up in the afternoon and house got cold.  I closed the windows and turned on the heat again.

I have started a new really good book, JOY ENOUGH, a memoir by Sarah McColl. She writes about her mother and her relationship with her mother. That is not why it is good, there is something magical about her writing.
