This damp cold weather is crippling me.  My joints are creaky, my body is tired.

Walking down the hall way I stop to check the stair well to the basement. Has it started flooding yet?  After about 20 inches of rain the water starts rising from the cracked cement floor.  No water yet.  We are getting close.

I am tired of fiction today and have started reading FIGURING by Maria Popova.  I have read her blog and emails for years and am interested in how she creates a book.
