My secret super power is knowing people with big buildings. The
class meets in the Cherry Center art gallery. Wind and clouds outside. We pull out chairs from the closet and make a
circle. We write and read to each other
for two and a half hours and then everything is put away as if we had never
been there. Thank you Robert, my big building friend.
I finish reading ALL THE LIVES WE NEVER LIVED, a fiction
book by Anuradha Roy. I love it and am sad to have it end. I stayed up late
last night reading the last pages. Later
in bed I was restless and wondered if I would ever fall asleep. How long could
I go without sleep? Would I die without sleep? Is this how it all ends?
I woke up this morning still alive. The book goes back to
the library today.
