I have a good time with the Physical therapist being silly and flexible. We even laugh as I do his exercises. Much better than being scared and angry.
The first blossoms appear on the backyard apricot tree. The plants on the deck look tired and ragged. Some raised nails on the old deck are tripping hazards. The next strong visitor will be met with a hammer and a request to hammer down nails. In the meantime, empty pots cover the nails as a warning to me when I walk on the deck.
Last night I like a new show on Acorn TV, A REMARKABLE PLACE TO DIE, set in beautiful New Zealand. 4 episodes each 90 minutes long.
I keep thinking about the last book I finished, THE LADY’S HANDBOOK FOR HER MYSTERIOUS ILLNESS by Sarah Ramey. A friendly easy to read narrative about stress and inflammation diseases for women. Am I effected by these conditions. I am also now reading Pico Iyer’s new book AFLAME, Learning from Silence.
