My ancient louvered window is difficult to wrestle open. A strong person opened it weeks ago in anticipation of warm weather.  This morning as I write I feel the cold breeze from that window.

A retired social worker friend and I talk warmly in the afternoon. She brings tasty cookies from Alta bakery. We speak the same language of our work from the  Social Work and Chaplaincy worlds.

The outside umbrella is half way fixed.  Need one more part. Strong cold winds blew through the trees yesterday morning.

I don’t get why I should like the TV series JUSTIFIED.  One and a half episodes is enough.  Back to the old series SUITS. I continue reading the Alzheimer memoir MY FATHER’S BRAIN.
