Sun warmth this morning, after months of fog. Now is the time to open the doors and let the night air escape from the house. Spent time with visiting friends yesterday, talking and laughing.

After two years, it is time to graduate from the helpful Meals on Wheels program.  I am ready to prepare my meals.  For major food and supplies shopping, I use Instacart and Amazon. This coming week I plan to begin to shop at Trader Joes, and Grove Market.  It is a big step to take over my meal shopping and preparation. The sun’s appearance is inspiring me.

Started watching LINCOLN LAWYER season 2. Wasn’t impressed but I was distracted with visitors. My new tv is wonderful and it takes time to figure out how to use it.

        I want to live as a well person even though I am not quite out of the illness woods. The fall OLLI catalog arrived in the mail.  Yep our plein air writing class is listed. Roxane and I have started planning the sessions
