I am exhausted. We talked about our medical experiences to a group of 40 thoughtful kind people. I am going to spent this week getting strong again. My talented daughter and the former teenager came with me. We had takeout Mexican lunch at home and then I took to the couch for the afternoon.

I am still watching one episode a night of CASE STUDIES, an interesting series on Prime.  I was too tired to read any of my books yesterday.

Today I start with a new blood pressure medicine, a beta blocker.

The day warmed up and I sat out on the front porch listening to the doves and talking to the tall man’s wife.
