My sister, who is in her 70’s, stays through two intense rainy day but this morning she returns to Marin county.  It is still raining. It is going to rain forever. I am watching for Noah’s Arc to save me.

I have no new plans for today. Maybe naps and reading. I am waiting for something to happen, maybe a tree to fall.

My sister walks 10,000 steps every day, yes every day, even when it is raining.  She is strong. I watch her from my blue recliner. We both eat a variety of licorice candies and watch the news on TV.  The big question is when is Trump going to be arrested. The tall man brings us more firelogs.  The wonderful daughter comes with stories of her life.

More books are waiting for me at the library.
