Cold sunny morning.  I am up early, turning on the heater, and closing my bedroom window, and then crawling back under my comforter waiting for the room to heat up.

I am becoming an expert in pull up protective underwear.  Strange to acknowledge.  I would rather be an expert in trees and birds. Need to learn more interesting skills.

Watch two episodes of NEW AMSTERDAM, such a sweet, kind series. I am almost done with season 4.  Sigh.  These doctors have become a part of my imaginary life. I could become a doctor watching these role models if only I could learn the medical language and tongue twisting names of diseases ad medications.

Finished reading THE ART OF DEATH, WRITING THE FINAL STORY, by Edwidge Danticat. This book is part of THE ART OF SERIES edited by Charles Baxter. I want to read more of these books.
