     I apologize to my daughter for telling her the New York Times does not have Letters to the Editor section in their delivered paper.  Today, I look and now wonder how I have missed it over the years. And today’s letters are quite interesting.

     This morning, I am back wearing my puffer jacket as I eat breakfast. And a blanket covering my legs. Foggy cold day and it is still early in August.  What’s up with the weather.

     Today is the last powerful antibiotic pill to be swallowed. Two weeks of pills to treat the sepsis.  I hope it works. I am still weak and struggling.

     We watch the last part of the Billy Joel documentary. Such a good show. And another episode o PATIENCE. We watch the start of a stand up comedian but soon turn it off. Not funny or clever.  I play many games of solitaire on my computer during the day.
