Well, the catheter is out and I am home recovering. My bladder is slowly healing from painful surgery. I don’t know how to describe bladder spasms. Maybe there are no words for pain. I suspect the use of art and color and lines might work. Or maybe music. But words, nope.
This morning is foggy and cold. I feel ready to take on the tasks of living, garbage removal, cooking, washing dishes, taking naps. My daughter has taken good care of me this week.
During a particular difficult time yesterday afternoon we watch episodes of CLARKSON’S FARM. Easy plot to follow and lots of humor, and friendly animals and birds. We laugh a lot as old Clarkson makes one mistake after another.
The personal librarian is back from her trips. I expect a new influx of books to arrive this weekend.
