      Meals on wheels show up three times a week with food, enough food for the whole week. The older friendly volunteers arrive at my house with the fresh cooked food.  I am so grateful.

     Should I continue with regular eye and teeth check ups. I’m 84 and in the middle of cancer treatments. My eyes and teeth feel fine now. Do I want more pain and discomfort? What dental treatments am I willing to do. No right answer, just questions. For decades in my middle years, I didn’t need any medical, dental or eye care. Times have changed.

     Hidden in my closet are cold weather clothes, fleeced lined flannel shirt and sweat pants. My old friends, perfect for this cold spell now.

     I am reading Louise Penny’s new book THE GREY WOLF. Comfort reading for me in the past but this book is hard to follow. Maybe my mind is not as agile during week two of chemo therapy.
