     The 6am bugle calls out in the dark and the rain. I am waiting for the morning light to arrive before getting dressed for my early morning treatment appointment. The tall man is my driver and friend this morning.

     Last night I watch the movie THE HOLDOVERS on Peacock. I like it a lot and am inspired to watch more movies rather more series.

     The photo guy brings me a warm salmon dinner before going to Asilomar beach. It is enough food for two meals.

     Sunday is a slow day, shower, laundry, water the plants and naps. A malaise settles into my body.
