Not only do I need good insurance or a huge bank account to have this surgery, I also need to be a good patient.  I have limited income but great insurance thanks to 30 years work for the government. I am just understanding the value of good insurance.

 The grey haired guy in a white truck who delivers Wednesday’s meals on Wheels was so kind and thoughtful today when he brought the day’s food.

A Spanish speaking work crew is working at a neighbor’s house this morning.

 My daughter is patient with me as I tell her stories of my present life, waving my arms, and filling the room with words.
