Monday is a holiday.  When I worked holidays were important. Now Monday is just garbage day again.

I continue to watch the Danish political series BOGAN, on Netflix.  I am beginning to understand the Danish governance more than ours.

The latest book for me is THE ANTHROPOLOGY OF TURQUOISE, reflections on desert, sea, stone and sky. Published in 2012.  Part memoir, part nature writing. Good book.

I am waiting for the annual visit from migrating birds to the pyracantha berry bush.  When they show up the berries are gone in a week.
