I love netflix’s COMEDIANS IN CARS GETTING COFFEE.  I laugh when I watch an episode of this show.

Spent the day looking for the spot that was less hot, inside, outside.  Windows open, windows closed.  Finally sitting in front of the fan.  But of course, my car has air conditioning and that is the coolest place to be.

Started reading Natasha Trethewey’s memoir MEMORIAL DRIVE.  I was immediately soothed with her calm voice. A good book for a hot evening.

Garbage day again.  Took out bags of garbage.  Opened Amazon boxes, and collapsed the cardboard for the bins. Out of date food in the refrigerator thrown out. Satisfying work.
