As the house begins to cool down Saturday evening I watch another episode of LONG STRANGE JOURNEY on Amazon Prime, the documentary of the Grateful Dead.  Little plot, just images and music.

I continue to read CASTE by Isabel Wilkerson. I keep asking myself if her theory is true and if so, what should we do about it. One of the saddest books I have read.

Sirens calling out last night as I try to sleep in my smokey warm room.

Another hot day starting up.  Bird sounds flutter around the bottle bush trees.
