Tiny birds are back on the bottle bush tree, limbs are bouncing and swaying, blurs of these tiny bird jumping around.

I started reading TIRRA BY THE RIVER, An Australian novel by Jessica Anderson. Sitting in my car by the ocean before meeting friends for lunch.  No paper for a book marker.  So, I turned down the corner of the page.  

 YOU CAN NOT   T U R N   D O W N   A CORNER OF A BOOK PAGE !!!! 

But of course, I can and I did.  I was not arrested. 

This morning I am off to Safeway for snacks for the debate watching with friends tonight.  These are the qualifying rounds for the political Olympics next year.
