Right outside my second story
bedroom window Saturday morning I saw the oak tree crew tearing away at the
accumulated deadly moss. face to face.
A large bouquet of orange, gold,
yellow and lavender flowers in a glass vase are smooched together. Each large flower tries to be the queen
pushing the others away. I tell them to stop. No winner in sight. They have mastered the skill of stillness and
I am restless.
This morning I read the article
about Elizabeth Warren in the current New Yorker. Yes, she knows what she is talking
about. I am excited.
I write notes in a small notebook
and now I am thinking I should use a large notebook for big ideas.
