I come from a large family who don’t much celebrate birthdays.  Maybe it was because they were catholic and the rhythm method didn’t work so well.

I have a stack of packages on my dining room table.  Tomorrow I will open them. I let packages pile up for a while.

In SIEGE, Michael Wolff says Melania Trump lives in her Maryland home with her parents and son.  She visits the White House when she has a work to do.  I am so relieved.

I gave up this morning and turned on the heater.  The fog is too cold. Yesterday I talked so much, in the evening I was out of words and could not respond to phone messages or emails.  The words are back now.
