At the shore yesterday morning I see across the bay to Moss Landing and Santa Cruz. Rain washed sky is sparkling clear.

I duck taped a cabinet door that would not stay closed.  I can’t open it but there is nothing on those dusty shelves I would ever want.

The large patch of wild geraniums in the front yard is beginning to bloom.  Lavender blossoms that will last for months. I ignore this area and am surprised each year to see the blooms.

Bill left a phone message yesterday that he will begin to clean up my yard today.  Goodbye wild back yard.

I am still reading FUGITIVE PIECES.  I took a break and read the book I just ordered from Amazon, COMING OF AGE, My Journey to the Eighties, a memoir by Madeline May Kumin. I read it straight through the evening and now I am deciding who I should lend this wonderful book to.
