     Today is the birthday of my 62 year old charming daughter.  I was 22 years old. when she was born.  I didn’t realize my life would radically change. I was young, married, and filled with exciting plans for my life. I have had a good life but not the one I expected when I was 22.

      We are living in scary political times now. The worst national times for me were during the Vietnam war. For my parents it was the great depression. I am optimistic that we will survive these difficult times.

     Started watching a new TV series, HARRY WILD on Acorn. I am not sure I will stay with it.  It is good enough but not great.

     The tall man and his little puffy dog visit in the late afternoon. We sit and talk, nothing dramatic. These quiet visits talking about books and work and life inspire me to work hard to get stronger. Today is another Physical Therapy appointment day.
