     I have moved two of the four donated chairs into new places.  Two more to go. It takes time to make a plan. Each chair is heavy and I need to drag it across the room. Solid well used Windsor chairs.

     My primary doctor reminds me I have an impaired immune system. I love to meet friends at Sweet Elena’s when we can sit outside. Rain is scheduled for today so we will meet at my house.

     Another book that I have started is HOUR OF THE HEART by Irvin D. Yalom, who wrote this book in his 90’s. For the last 50 years I have been inspired by his books about existential therapy. My hero, and now his latest book is here.

     I feel strong and ready to start something but what. Maybe temporary since I return to my monthly chemo treatments on Monday. I am approaching this series of treatments feeling healthy rather than sick. I want to help preserve our democracy.
