Wednesday, December 4, 2024

Slept well last night.  I am not sure why. But I am grateful.  Eat well, do my exercises, walking and chair routine. Playing computer solitaire before turning off the lights is good. A distant neighbor’s bright security lights shine on my bedroom wall, maybe once a week. Sometimes my fears arise to torment me. Last night all is well.

I water the deck plants warming in the morning sun.  I notice they need attention but watering is all I am willing to do now. I could become obsessive. They need fresh soil, trimming, weeding, and fertilizer. I am willing to give them water today. I will put then on my long list of waiting projects.

I am just about done with reading John Green’s novel, PAPER TOWERS. He is such a good story teller. The personal librarian brings me another stack of library books.  I am so grateful for her thoughtful attention to my book needs.

Last night I watch netflix’s comedian Anthony Jeselnik’s show.  At first I am intrigued but then no, I just don’t get his humor.  I switch over to another episode of MY LIFE IS MURDER, in beautiful Australia.
