         I wear my black cashmere sweater under the warm red flannel shirt this morning. Overcast and cold this morning. I am ready for the North Woods.

         More hammering this morning on the neighbor’s home. No dog barking yet. Maybe it is too cold to let the dogs out. Saw a strange small creature scramble under the bottle bush tree this morning. A sharp sense of danger arose and then subsided.

         Still waiting for my primary care doctor to respond to My Chart message. I am not sure what is a reasonable time to wait. It is not an emergency, just a question.

         Watch the last episode of RIDLEY last night. I am reading I SIGNED AS THE DOCTOR, a memoir of a cancer doctor surviving cancer, by Laura Liberman MD. I am ready for more action in my present homebound life. The next round of immunotherapy treatments begins in a week. I am gathering the tools to help with the pain. Sigh.
