I am done with the epidemic news. I know it is still a problem. My body and brain are overloaded with information and stories, and now, need time to settle.  I suspect after a break, my interest in COVID will resume.

I drive the former teenager to her 8 am class this cold damp morning. She has a head cold, so we wear masks in the car. Usually, she walks. She thanks me and I remind her that we are a thoughtful family. She wears a charming pink outfit.  I take her picture with her iPhone.

I watch the first episode of season 3 of the MORNING SHOW. I will keep watching.

Piles of packages accumulate on the dining room table. It is so familiar. I don’t think I ever will change and shape up. I am almost back to normal energy.
