 Watch Wes Anderson’s ASTEROID CITY on Peacock last night. I don’t understand movie. Maybe we are not meant to understand it.  No real narrative. And yet the images keep arising in my mind.

I walk up and down my street twice on Sunday.  Not that I want to leave my comfortable recliner. Time to become stronger.  Watch YouTube videos on how old people fall and get back up. I am working on it.

My west coast daughter comes for a visit. She rests on the couch while talking about her new job. She is doing great.  My east coast daughter calls and we talk about the writers and actors strike. She is anxious to get back to work. I like hearing about their lives.

A flock of tiny birds are back rummaging in the bottle bush trees this morning. Yesterday afternoon, lots of bee activity in the garden. Garbage day is back today.
