My car friend pours coolant into the car’s air conditioner. He too has an old Honda Element.  My car is 15 years old and very dirty.  Now, when I drive, I am cool. I am 83 years old and freshly washed.

Today is a urine test day before next week’s procedure.  Another experience in a medical waiting room.  I am becoming an expert of waiting rooms.  I have always wanted to be an anthropologist. Urine tests are easy.

The sun doesn’t come out until late in the afternoon.  I am wearing my black cashmere sweater under my blue flannel shirt. My chocolate donut friend brings a bag of foods from Trader Joes. Since I am tired of donuts, she is tempting me with new treats. My favorites are the gourmet crackers and cheese.

I read online that BARBIE will be streaming sometime in the fall.  I have read all the articles about the show in the newspaper. I am influenced by clever publicity. Since I am stuck at home I have to wait.
