What is it that you do not want to talk about? A question I ask myself and my friends.  A rude question. This morning I reflect on my current cancer treatment, exposing my body to huge amounts of live TB bacteria and expecting a healing result. The medical words hide the reality of the treatment. Tuesday I am scheduled for the 15^th TB exposure this year. I don’t want to talk about it.

I finished reading IF I BETRAY THESE WORDS, moral injury in medicine, by Wendy Dean, MD.  Excellent book about the conflict between the medical system business model and the medical practice model. There is definitely room for improvement for patients.

Water the front yard and the deck plants on Sunday.  The sun appears in the afternoon.  My charming helpful daughter visits. Only one nap in the afternoon.

Watched more of LINE OF DUTY on prime. Very intense and I can only watch one episode at a time.
