I wait in the living room for my charming daughter to pick me up for the treatment appointment this morning. Yes, I am nervous and yes, I am committed to at least trying it again. I ate my caffeine gummy, coffee and any liquids are prohibited before the treatment. I am wearing my warm black cashmere sweater this cold damp morning.

Watched several episodes of THE JURY on prime Monday night.  At first I didn’t like it but now I will continue, maybe this afternoon.

Yesterday I do all my home chores, dishes, garbage, trash, water plants, shower. The former teenager is here for awhile and then goes back to Santa Cruz with her friends for the night.

I start reading Jenny Odell’s new book SAVING TIME, discovering a life beyond the clock. Excellent book but too serious during this waiting time.
