I resist turning on the heater this morning, after all it is May.  55 degrees is just too cold. The heater is now blowing warm air though the cold house. I worry about the cost of gas this year. All my bills have gone up.

During breaks in the rain yesterday I took two short walks on my street.  I am ready to engage with life outside my home. Part of my garden fence blew down in the last winds. The pink flowers are drooping with the rain. Puddles in the driveway again.

I start watching A SMALL LIGHT on hulu last night. The first episode is well done but it may be too sad for me.

My personal librarian brings me five more books and a chocolate donut. The doves are cooing outside.  Rainy overcast day. This morning I go to an appointment with Primary care doctor.  This is last appointment for a month.
