I follow the facebook directions for cooking artichokes. Twenty minutes in the microwave seem excessive and yet it works. Cutting the artichokes in half is the hardest part.  I need stronger arms and sharper knives.

The fog stays all day and night.  I take a walk on my street and sit outside to do my chair exercise.  My body becomes damp and cold.  Back in the house I am on the couch getting warm under my blanket. I resist turning on the heater.

The two adolescent blue jays have taken over the bottle bush trees and the roof.  They are challenging the squirrels’ playground.

The former teenager and I start watching THE POWER on Prime. Too depressing and sad.  We are looking for a show that is as enticing as EXTRAORDINARY ATTORNEY WOO. Maybe we will rewatch this marvelous series.
