Sunday afternoon I did it.  I got out of the car and with my cane, I walked slowly around the perimeter of San Carlos Beach Park.  It has been two years since I could do this.  Slowly I am getting stronger.

My friend brings gourmet chocolate donuts and stays to talk with me.

The charming one comes by to pick up a fancy outfit for the former teenager.  She is going to a special valentine party in Santa Cruz.

Started reading DEATH IN BRITTANY by Jean-luc Bannalec. The first in a series of French mysteries. It is good enough. I check on a google map to see where Brittany actually is.
